1. Customer Service Officer (Ipoh)
        • Candidate must possess at least a Cert/Diploma/Degree in any field.
    • Handle various type of inquiries and customer complaints.
    • Coordinate and Communicate between customer and internal department.
    • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both verbal and written).
    • Must be responsible, organized, disciplined and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Knowledge in basic PC troubleshooting will added advantage.
    • Fresh graduate or school leaver are encourage to apply.
     
 
2. Administrative Assistant (Petaling Jaya/Ipoh)
        • Candidate must possess at least a Cert/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource or equivalent.
    • Responsible for performing daily administrative, documentation filing and paper works.
    • Assist and support immediate superior for daily operation.
    • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both verbal and written).
    • Must be responsible, organized, disciplined and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Resourceful, energetic and self-motivated.
    • Computer literate with hands-on knowledge of MS Office and good typing skills.
   
 
3. Retail Store Specialist (Selangor/Ipoh/Penang)
        • Between 18 to 30 years old, minimum Cert/Diploma in relevant field.
    • Proficiency in English, Malay, Mandarin or Cantonese.
    • Able to generate new clients base and achieve sales target.
    • Enthusiastic to share IT product & knowledge.
    • Right mentality and hardworking with a drive to succeed.
    • Familiar working in Retail Environment or shopping complex.
   
 
4. Technical Support Officer (Petaling Jaya/Ipoh)
        • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
    • Knowledge in troubleshooting of hardware and software.
    • Good command of English, Malay and Chinese.
    • A self-starter, responsible, analytical with good-attitude.
    • Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills.
    • Initiative, fast learner and confident.
    • Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
    • Possess a valid driving license.
   
 
5. Cabling Technician (Ipoh)
        • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in PW2/PW3.
    • Relevant wiring and networking experience in related field is required..
    • Able to work independently and extra hour.
    • Knowledge in hardware troubleshooting and networking.
    • Responsible, hardworking and good attitude.
   
 
6. Business Administrator (Petaling Jaya/Ipoh)
        • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
    • To support overall administrative works for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
    • Responsible for day-to-day administration duties for the Group.
    • To co-ordinate and implement office systems and procedures.
    • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both verbal and written).
    • Must be responsible, organized, disciplined and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Resourceful, energetic and self-motivated.
   
 
7. Internship Opportunity (Petaling Jaya/Ipoh)
        • Candidate must undergo University/College or any educational program.
    • Assist and experience day to day office tasks/clerical duties/IT task.
    • Assist and support immediate superior for daily operation.
    • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Must be responsible, organized, disciplined and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Resourceful, energetic and self-motivated.
   
 
8. Graphic Designer
        • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art & Design,
       Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent qualification.
    • Strong in conceptual, creative, ideally multi-talented in various form of designs, strong presentation
       and interpersonal skills.
    • Independent, fast, flexible, dynamic and believes in continual growth and learning.
    • Experience in various platforms of print, publications, press, knowledge in 3D, web & multimedia.
    • Solid knowledge and experience of Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash. Dreamweaver, Director and Shockwave is a plus.
    • Conceptualize and design for POS materials such as posters, brochures, leaflets, shelf displays, standees and etc.
    • Conceptualize and design for product packaging.
    • Conceptualize and design for visual merchandising of retail outlets (display of product and POS materials).
   
 
9. HR Executive 
        • Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
    • At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience.
    • Proficient in HR matter.
    • Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
    • Analytical with positive attitude and posses high level of confidentiality.
    • Assist in all HR initiatives which include recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance appraisal and        administration.
    • Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as overtime, wages, allowances, leave & others
       benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
    • Preparation of HR Department correspondences that includes HR letters.
    • To support overall administrative works for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
    • Responsible for day-to-day administration duties for the Group. To co-ordinate and implement office systems and procedures.
    • To undertake other HR functions and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.
     
 
10. System Engineer
        • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
    • Knowledge in troubleshooting of hardware and software.
    • Provide technical assistant to clients on product and services.
    • Troubleshoot clients' problem related to product and services via Helpdesk and phone calls.
    • Attend to projects assigned by superior.
    • A self-starter, responsible, analytical with good-attitude.
    • Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills.
    • Initiative, fast learner and confident.
    • Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
    • Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
