1. Trainer (Ipoh)
    • Candidate must possess at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Responsible for formulating training programs that are aligned with the organizational goals and support talent retention.
• Active in store visitation to conduct on-job-training and ensure exceptional IT knowledge, selling customer service skills in retail sales teams.
• Outstanding presentation, strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• This position requires extensive travelling within Malaysia.
     
 
2. Customer Service Officer (Ipoh)
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent.
• Responsible to respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution.
• Striving to achieve and maintain overall performance adhering to Premium Service Provider metric criteria.
• Build up technical skills for professional services and undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and customer service orientation.
     
 
3. Inventory Helper/ Officer (Ipoh)
    • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/ Diploma in any field. Degree holders are also encouraged to apply.
• Responsible for warehouse management, stock receiving and outgoing.
• Conduct stock check and ensure stock accuracy.
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
• Able to travel, meet stringent datelines, independent and responsible.
     
 
4. Account Executive (Ipoh)
    • Candidate must possess Professional qualification in ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent.
• Able to handle full set of group and subsidiary account.
• Conduct reconciliation of financial statements and prepare monthly/ quarterly financial report.
• Ensure compliance with Group's policies, procedures, statutory requirement, approved accounting standards and tax ruling.
• Strong analytical, detailed-orient minded and problem solving skills.
     
 
5. Inside Sales Executive (Petaling Jaya)
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, E-commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
• Achieve quarterly targets.
• Cooperate with sales and product teams in developing, building pipeline, and closing deals.
• Provide administrative field sales support to sales team and product managers.
• Able to meet stringent datelines, independent and responsible.
     
 
6. System Engineer (Perak)
    • Required skills : PHP, AJAX, Apache, ASP/ASP.NET, IIS, MSSQL, HTML, CSS, jQuery, MySQ.
• Experience in social network plugins and apps, mobile webs and variety of Content Management Systems.
• Able to deliver high standard and multibrowser compatitble web application for Web.
• Posses analytical, program/project management, interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
• Should be well organized and multi-task oriented.
     
 
7. Technical Support Officer (Ipoh)
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
• Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Required to perform onsite service at clients' locations.
• Possess a valid driving license.
   
 
8. Admin Executive (Ipoh)
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
• Provide administrative support to the operational teams.
• Assist and support immediate superior for daily operation, inventory management and administration.
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
• Organized, disciplined & excellent interpersonal skills.
   
 
9. Purchasing Executive (Ipoh)
    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Responsible for daily purchasing duties such as purchase order issuance, follow up delivery, etc to ensure efficient and smooth running of daily operation.
• To be responsible for cost negotiation, quotation comparison and analysis.
• Prepare timely monthly reports.
• To develop efficiently with existing suppliers and sourcing new potential suppliers.
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
     
 
10. Retail Coordinator (Ipoh/ Petaling Jaya)
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Cross examine staff with daily duty task list:
• Lead team to achieve outlet sales target.
• Proper maintenance of demos units & displays.
• Ensure accurate stock position and stock movement in outlet at all times.
• Daily business record tally.
• Provide outlet staff with expectations & responsibilities of position & review performance on a regular basis.
• Maintain brand image by adhering to merchandising guidelines.
• Possess leadership skills and able to travel within the cover areas.
     
 
11. Retail Specialist (Kelantan/ Penang/ Perak/ Selangor/ KL/ Negeri Sembilan)
    • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in any field.
• Achieve sales target as expected.
• Be passionate to share product information and provide exceptional customer service to every customers.
• Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers.
• Familiar working in Retail Environment.
     
 
12. Retail Specialist Team Leader (Kelantan/ Penang/ Perak/ Selangor/ KL/ Negeri Sembilan)
    • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in any field.
• Achieve monthly sales target and ensure stock accuracy.
• Responsible for day-to-day operation tasks to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
• Responsible for guide and coach retail sales person on their daily operations, compliance to retail SOP and other tasks assigned.
• Possess leadership skills and experience is added advantage.
     
 
13. Internship Opportunity (Ipoh/ Petaling Jaya)
    • Candidate must undergo University/ college or any educational program in Business Administration/Management/Commerce/Finance/Accountancy/ Information Technology/Computer Science or related courses.
• Business Studies: Assist and experience for daily administrative tasks.
• IT Studies: Troubleshooting and repairs of computer hardware (PC, Printer, Mobile) and software (Windows, Office); Involve in system development and web applications.
• Opportunity to assist and involve in ad-hoc in house development project.
• Preferred 3 months and above internship period.
