1. Head of Corporate Sales (Petaling Jaya)
    • Achieve gross profit target for commercial products
• Lead, direct and inspire corporate and government sales team to achieve goals and objectives in the most efficient manner
• Analyse past and current performance and recommend strategies for improvement in productivity and profitability
• Ensure that projects complete well within timeline, streamline processes to maximize team productivity
• Build up the company by recruiting, interviewing, hiring and mentoring new talent
• Define and implement policies and performance standards
• Manage profit and loss statements and accounts for costs and revenues
• Allocate budget resources for supplies, equipment, marketing and personnel
• Maintain and enhance relationship with vendors and customers
     
 
2. Marketing Executive (Ipoh)
    • Understand & manage promptly Business Manager on company multiple Facebook Page operation includes campaign ads creation + copy writing, attend end user comments/feedback/reviews & etc
• Measure & prepare performance report of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend & performance based on the insights
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Liaise internally + coordinate with advertising/media experts to improve conversion results
• Create, oversee & manage campaign/contest/giveaways/digital projects with related parties to grow number of followers, build end user funnels & ultimately create sales conversions
• Monitor competition & provide suggestion for improvement
     
 
3. Graphic Designer (Ipoh)
    • Be able to conceptualize and design all POSM and marketing materials
• Proactive and able to handle and complete multiple artwork design with tight deadlines
• Coordinate internally and externally on the requirements of Artwork design
• Passionate and sensible with graphic design elements such as color, layout, composition and typography
• Ensure that Artwork design are align with the Company’s branding and policy
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
• Required skill (s): Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. InDesign & design related software
• Skill in after effect will be an added advantage
     
 
4. Product Executive (Ipoh/Petaling Jaya)
    • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Conduct market and customer research to identify potential features or releases
• Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
• Work with the salesperson to create product sales strategies
• Create and evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Be responsible for achieving sales and gross profit target or products assigned
• Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with channel partners to maximize sales, ensure business success and long term sustainability
• Ensure availability of comprehensive set of marketing and sales tools including updated price list, product brochures, sales data sheet, sales training manuals etc
     
 
5. Customer Service Officer (Ipoh/Petaling Jaya)
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent.
• Responsible to respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution.
• Striving to achieve and maintain overall performance adhering to Premium Service Provider metric criteria.
• Build up technical skills for professional services and undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and customer service orientation.
     
 
6. Inside Sales Executive (Petaling Jaya)
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, E-commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
• Achieve quarterly targets.
• Cooperate with sales and product teams in developing, building pipeline, and closing deals.
• Provide administrative field sales support to sales team and product managers.
• Able to meet stringent datelines, independent and responsible.
     
 
7. Technical Support Officer (Ipoh/Petaling Jaya)
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
• Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Required to perform onsite service at clients' locations.
• Possess a valid driving license.
   
 
8. Admin Executive (Petaling Jaya)
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
• Provide administrative support to the operational teams.
• Assist and support immediate superior for daily operation, inventory management and administration.
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
• Organized, disciplined & excellent interpersonal skills.
     
 
9. Retail Specialist (Kelantan/ Penang/ Perak/ Selangor/ KL/ Negeri Sembilan)
    • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in any field.
• Achieve sales target as expected.
• Be passionate to share product information and provide exceptional customer service to every customers.
• Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers.
• Familiar working in Retail Environment.
     
 
10. Retail Specialist Team Leader (Kelantan/ Penang/ Perak/ Selangor/ KL/ Negeri Sembilan)
    • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in any field.
• Achieve monthly sales target and ensure stock accuracy.
• Responsible for day-to-day operation tasks to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
• Responsible for guide and coach retail sales person on their daily operations, compliance to retail SOP and other tasks assigned.
• Possess leadership skills and experience is added advantage.
     
 
11. Internship Opportunity (Ipoh/ Petaling Jaya)
    • Candidate must undergo University/ college or any educational program in Business Administration/Management/Commerce/Finance/Accountancy/ Information Technology/Computer Science or related courses.
• Business Studies: Assist and experience for daily administrative tasks.
• IT Studies: Troubleshooting and repairs of computer hardware (PC, Printer, Mobile) and software (Windows, Office); Involve in system development and web applications.
• Opportunity to assist and involve in ad-hoc in house development project.
• Preferred 3 months and above internship period.
