We are an established Computer Sales and Services Center seeking resourceful and dynamic professionals to join us in a challenging and rewarding career for the following position:
     
 
1. Customer Service Officer (Ipoh)
    • Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures
• Performing inspections, preparing reports, manage warranty claim, etc to ensure highest quality of work and all Service Level Agreement are meet.
• Responsible for daily operational tasks for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
• To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution
• Striving to achieve and maintain overall performance adhering to SLA.
• Build up technical skills for professional services and undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
     
 
2. Account Executive (Ipoh)
    • Assist in company financial and management reporting
• Handle day-to-day financial operation
• Ensure compliance with Group's policies, procedures, statutory requirement, approved accounting standards and tax ruling
• Liaise with internal and external parties
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
     
 
3. Retail Coordinator (KL/PJ)
    • Submit daily retail visitation report
• Plan, Manage and Maintain the smooth operations of Retail Stores located in Ipoh/KL and/or Selangor
• Responsible for guide and coach retail sales person on their daily operations, compliance to retail SOP, products knowledge, selling skills and any other tasks assigned.
• Ensure accurate stock position in outlet at all times.
• Ensure achievement of Outlets’ sales target.
• Assist in recruitment plan to support manpower needs, conduct interview and handle staffing issue by providing guidance and counselling
• Participating actively in company sales activities and marketing events.
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
     
 
4. Telemarketer (Petaling Jaya)
    • Calls prospective customers and explain the product or service information and benefits, price, etc.
• To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint.
• Completes orders by register customer details, product package, appointment for installation into the system.
• Achieve target as set by the company and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures to ensure highest quality of work.
• Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
     
 
5. Account Assistant (Ipoh)
    • Responsible to perform day to day operation of account payable
• Process payments (vendor, staff claim, etc) on a timely and accurate manner in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures as well as GST requirements.
• AP invoices entry and ensure all coding of account is accurate
• Follow up, highlight and update the long outstanding account and problem invoices to the superior
• Handle vendor inquiry and payment related matters
• Coordinate and implement office systems and procedures
• Handling accounting data entry and day to day operation of accounting function
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
     
 
6. Admin Executive (Petaling Jaya)
    • Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures
• Responsible for daily administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
• Manage warranty claim and logistic schedule.
• Handle day-to day inventory operation
• Responsible for warehouse management, inventory stock level, stock receiving and outgoing
• Assist sales team in operational tasks
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
     
 
7. Inventory Helper (Ipoh)
    • Handle day-to day inventory operation
• Responsible for warehouse management, inventory stock level, stock receiving and outgoing
• Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures
• Conduct stock check and ensure stock accuracy
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
     
 
8. Multimedia designer (Ipoh)
    • Be able to conceptualize and design all POSM and marketing materials
• Proactive and able to handle and complete multiple artwork design with tight deadlines
• Coordinate internally and externally on the requirements of Artwork design
• Passionate and sensible with graphic design elements such as color, layout, composition and typography
• Ensure that Artwork design are align with the Company’s branding and policy
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
• Required skill (s): Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. InDesign & design related software
• Skill in after effect will be an added advantage
     
 
9. Product Manager (Petaling Jaya)
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; etc.
• Create product marketing and pricing strategies, execute, constantly review and improve it to achieve or exceed the desired target and growth
• Provide training and disseminate useful information to sales and marketing teams to ensure product are well promoted and generate the desired targets and growth
• Constantly review inventory level to cate for product availability and eliminates slow moving products.
• Determine, maintain and review product pricing based on market research and anticipated demand
• Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
• Manage vendor relationships
• Handle dealer sales
• Program tracking, ensure rebate calculation and pay-out are accurate
     
 
10. Retail Specialist (Kelantan/ Penang/ Perak/ Selangor/ KL)
    • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in any field.
• Achieve sales target as expected.
• Be passionate to share product information and provide exceptional customer service to every customers.
• Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers.
• Familiar working in Retail Environment.
     
 
11. Retail Specialist Team Leader (Kelantan/ Penang/ Perak/ Selangor/ KL)
    • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in any field.
• Achieve monthly sales target and ensure stock accuracy.
• Responsible for day-to-day operation tasks to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
• Responsible for guide and coach retail sales person on their daily operations, compliance to retail SOP and other tasks assigned.
• Possess leadership skills and experience is added advantage.
     
 
12. Internship Opportunity (Ipoh/ Petaling Jaya)
    • Candidate must undergo University/ college or any educational program in Business Administration/Management/Commerce/Finance/Accountancy/ Information Technology/Computer Science or related courses.
• Business Studies: Assist and experience for daily administrative tasks.
• IT Studies: Troubleshooting and repairs of computer hardware (PC, Printer, Mobile) and software (Windows, Office); Involve in system development and web applications.
• Opportunity to assist and involve in ad-hoc in house development project.
• Preferred 3 months and above internship period.
