Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:
* Carry out daily onsite supervision of M&E works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements and relevant regulations.
* Monitor the workmanship quality and work progress consistently.
* Ensure the project timely completion in accordance with approved project schedules and budget.
* Report any defects, safety issues and non-conformities immediately.
* Record and maintain accurate site reports included inspections records, checklists, photographs and etc.
* Follow up on identified issues and ensure all corrective actions are taken.
* Coordinate and work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to resolve on-site issues efficiently.
* Attend site meetings, inspections, testing, and progress coordination meetings as required.
* Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Possess Certificate/ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in M&E inspection and site supervision.
* Knowledge of building services, M&E systems, and construction standards.
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
* Commitment to quality and safety standards.
* Able to travel nationwide within Malaysia.
