We aim to make your Apple service experience as smooth and easy as possible. To protect your information and save time, follow these steps before you get service for your device. If your device won’t turn on or respond, finish as many steps as possible.

Terms and Conditions:
- Customer are advised to backup data before servicing. SNS Network (M) Sdn. Bhd. will not liable for any data loss during servicing.
- All repairs are warranted under the remaining term of the Warranty or 90 days from date of repair, whichever provide longer coverage.
- Apple warranty covered only hardware. Software distributed by Apple with or without the Apple brand ( including but not limited to system software ) is not covered under warranty.
Please refer to https://apple.com/legal/warranty. - All price quote is under “exchange price”. Faulty unit will be returned to Apple under exchange programme.
- Additional labour charges of RM 300 will be applied if Unauthorized Modification (UM) found on device.
- All prices quoted are inclusive SST.
