Technical Support Officer – Samsung Service Centre (1 Utama)
Responsibilities:
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices.
• Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
• Perform onsite service at clients’ locations as and when required.
• To undertake any-hoc assignments as and when required.
• Knowledge in Samsung products will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shift, weekend and Public Holiday.
• Applicants must be willing to work in 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
