Technical Support Officer
Responsibilities:
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices;
• Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
• PC assembly, installation, testing and troubleshooting;
• Required to perform onsite service at clients’ locations as and when required.
• To undertake any tasks as and when required.
