Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies & managing marketing campaigns across available platform by delivering product messaging to the targeted prospects efficiently;
• Brand build credibility of MNC brand by having consistently carry out research to keep up to date with customer or market trend;
• Regular meetings with vendor and colleague across multiple departments to organise events such as product launches, virtual exhibition & etc;
• Responsible to work with product executives/managers to incorporate marketing needs into dedicated product planning and strategy;
• Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with organizational goals;
• Coordinate all logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, décor, etc;
• Identify and secure partnerships with relevant vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions;
• Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and products;
• Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential attendees from variable sources such as LinkedIn, personalized calls, EDM etc. to nurture leads, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement;
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time; and
• Complying with department guidelines and company policies and procedures.
