Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with organizational goals.
-Coordinate all logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, décor, etc.
-Identify and secure partnerships with relevant vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
-Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
-Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential attendees from variable sources such as LinkedIn, personalized calls, EDM etc. to nurture leads, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.
-To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
